There are three major programmes to follow:
- Aerobic
- Strength
- Flexibility
You will also be shown how to warm up and cool down, in order to avoid injury.
If you follow these 3 programmes you will gradually improve your overall fitness in a sensible, balanced way, and at the same time lose weight, if you stick to our food plans. In this way you will lose weight naturally and reach your ideal body weight.
When you join your Fitness will be assessed and you will be put into one of 3 Groups to suit your current fitness level. You can then work your way up from one Group to the next. As your fitness improves you will be set more challenging Fitness Plans, until you reach an athletic level. You can progress through this mens health workout at your own pace.
If you are serious about wanting to lose weight then it is highly recommended that you follow the fat burning, Aerobic Programme. This will really help you to achieve your ideal body weight quicker, by getting your metabolism working harder for you.
Our unique, progressive aerobic fitness programme will encourage you to succeed by setting you challenges at each step. You can then monitor how you are performing against your targets, by looking at the easy to read graphs that we will produce for you.

In addition we will encourage you to succeed by rewardingyour achievements with certificates as you progress with your mens health workout.
We would also recommend that you follow the Flexibility Programme too, as these exercises will help you to avoid injury.
It is optional whether you chose to follow the Strength Programme, but if you do your weight loss will be more consistent. Also, you will reach your ideal body weight sooner. Muscles burn more energy than fat, and so the more muscle you build the more you can eat, without putting on weight.
