Diets for men to enjoy Our menus have been designed as diets for men: they are filling, tasty and easy to prepare.
They have been calorie counted for you to optimise your weight loss in a healthy way, in line with the latest evidence based research. So all you have to do is to follow them to succeed.
Every week you will have a choice of 26 menus to select your favourite foods from. The options include curries, steaks, pasta dishes and stir fries.

All of our recipes are carefully explained so that anyone can prepare them, usually within 30 minutes. Even if you can’t cook we’ll show you how to make healthy wholesome meals for yourself, your friends and family. So you may even learn some new skills to impress everyone with, as well as keeping everyone well fed and healthy. If you follow our diets for men you should lose weight naturally without using drugs or resorting to surgery. In time you will reach your ideal body weight, however you will be more likely to succeed quicker if you follow our mens health workouts.
You could also save some money into the bargain as cooking at home is a lot cheaper than take-aways, ready meals or eating out. The money that you save could cover the cost of your membership to the Club. So if you join us it may not actually cost you anything as part of your weekly budget.
