Answer

Ans1 : No. It is geared for men, in terms of taste, and calorie content of the menu plans. A woman following this plan may not lose weight. In addition some of the exercises may not be suitable for women.

Ans4 : Yes. It will be good for all the family including your partner. Children should not follow this plan exclusively though as they need extra things in their diet, such as more calcium to promote strong bone growth.

Ans5 : This plan is designed for men. A Woman may lose weight if she joins in with your evening meal, but cuts out some of the carbohydrate from breakfast and lunch, and skips the treats. This is not guaranteed, but she could give it a try. A bit of exercise would help too.

Ans6 : Yes. The recipes are all designed for men. They are straightforward, and don’t require a great deal of skill – hell, you may even find that you can cook after all! Get in there, Gordon!

Ans12 : No. Your Zone is confidential and will be only accessible by you, (and us, of course). Cumulative information will be available for everyone to share, but individual’s results will not be identifiable.

Ans13 : Yes, a good pair of bathroom and kitchen scales, and a tape measure. We are assuming that your kitchen is fairly well kitted out.

Ans14 : No. The Fitness Plans for the first 6 months are geared around exercises that you can fit into your regular, daily life. You won’t need to buy special equipment, or join a gym. Although if you want to, you can!

Ans17 : On average 1 to 2 lbs. You may lose a bit more to start with, or if you are very overweight. So in 8 weeks time you could lose between ½ stone and one stone. Wouldn’t that be a good result?
