1. We give you a free weight assessment, to start with. Your results will give you an idea of how much weight (if any) you need to lose to achieve your ideal body weight for your height, and frame size.
2. We then offer you a free fitness assessment. Your results will assign you into one of 3 fitness categories (green, blue or red), so that when you join the Club you will be given a mens health workout targeted at you current fitness level.
3. Finally we offer you a free Health Assessment to see how healthy you are and to check that you are ok to join us.
Up to date news and information will be published regularly via our Magazine, ‘In the Zone’. If you choose to join the Club, go to Subscriptions to select your membership package.
What Happens After I Join?
Once you are a member you will be invited into a confidential area, known as My Zone.
You confirm your starting levels of weight, waist measurement and fitness.
You set your overall targets, including your ideal body weight.
You decide, within healthy guidelines, how much weight you would like to lose each week.
You will be given a week’s menu plan and a fitness programme. If you follow these menu plans and fitness programmes you should lose weight naturally, until you reach your ideal body weight.
You choose whether you are going to follow the week’s mens health workout, and if so when. Although the fitness programme is optional, your weight loss will be more consistent if you follow your targeted mens health workout. However you should still lose weight naturally by just sticking to the mens diets.
At the end of the week you enter your results. These will be displayed for you in an easy to read, graphical format, as shown below. You can then see how you have done in comparison with your target. You will also be able to check how you are doing over a period of time as you lose weight naturally and progress towards your ideal body weight.
Throughout you will be given support and encouragement, and achievement will be rewarded. You can share your experiences and tips with other members, and learn from them too, whilst remaining anonymous.
