About Us

Men’s Confidential Club is a confidential, web-based Club for men who want to lose weight.

The Club offers Healthy Eating plans, full of easy to prepare, tasty, filling food. To encourage consistent weight loss and general health, the Club will also provide a fitness programme, tailored to a self-assessed fitness level. The menus and fitness plans are designed in particular for men. In The Zone is our lively magazine giving information about the latest news on food, health and fitness.

Members set their own goals and targets, within suggested guidelines. They then monitor their progress on a weekly basis. Support and encouragement is given to help achieve success.

Members have the opportunity to share information, and exchange ideas with other Club members, but can choose to remain anonymous.

We are a team of nutrionists, personal trainers, psychologists, and men’s health and fitness journalists, who together can give you the tools to shift that weight and get fit. And you may even have a bit of fun with us along the way!

Meet some of The Men’s Confidential team.
