Here you will find samples of our 3 Fitness Programmes.

Once you have taken your Free Fitness Assessment you will be assigned to one of our 3 initial Fitness Groups. Each fitness programme is designed to start at your current Fitness level and to gradually challenge you to increase your effort over time as you get fitter.

As you improve you will be rewarded with certificates to mark your achievements, and to help to keep you motivated to lose weight naturally until you reach your ideal body weight.

Aerobic Fitness Plan Benefits

Our aerobic mens health workout follows the Chief Medical Officer, Sir Liam Donaldson latest guidelines.

He said: “For general health benefit, adults should achieve a total of at least 30 minutes a day of at least moderate intensity physical activity, on 5 or more days of the week. It is not about spending hours and hours in the gym, but it is about finding ways to build activities into our daily lives."

Sir Liam Donaldson added:

"Adults who are physically active reduce their risk of developing major chronic diseases, such as heart disease, stroke and type 2 diabetes, by up to half (50%), and the risk of early death by about 20-30%.
