So all you have to do is to follow these mens diets to lose weight naturally, without pills or surgery. These are healthy meals that all the family can enjoy.

In time if you follow these diets for men and manage your weight loss with the tools provided within the Club, you will reach your ideal body weight

Number 33

Home Made Beef Burgers
Ingredients
200 g or 7 oz lean minced beef (10% fat or less) per person

Shake of Worcester sauce to taste

Salt and pepper

Method
Put the mince into a bowl

Add a shake of Worcester sauce

Add salt an pepper

Mix together

Form into a burger shape with your hands.

Put onto the rack of a grill pan, with some foil underneath to catch the drips.

Grill under a hot grill for about 15 minutes, turning over a couple of times with tongs, until it’s cooked through,( poke it with a knife and you shouldn’t see any red).

How simple is that!
