Mens Health Workout

To find out how fit you are all you need to do is to take our Free Fitness Assessment, which doesn’t involve too much in the way of exertion! From this test you will be put into one of our 3 fitness groups.

Each group has a different mens health workout: the Green Group starts quite gently with just some walking. The Blue Group starts off with some walking too, but also some strength exercises to start working on toning up those muscles. The Red Group starts off on a brisker aerobics programme to boost that metabolism, and some more serious muscle toning work. None of the exercises need any special equipment for the first 16 weeks.

Each Groups Fitness programme gets progressively harder over time, so as your fitness improves you will be challenged to make a bit more effort. As time goes on you can work your way up from one group to the next, and collect rewards along the way for your achievements. You manage the pace at which you progress through the mens health workout, so you are always in control.

These mens health workouts will tone you up so that when you reach your ideal body weight your muscles should be in good shape, and the aerobic training programme will help you to lose weight naturally.
