The whole programme, and Club, is designed specifically for men. We provide diets for men, and mens health workouts.
We are independent.

Our Subscription includes everything: menus, fitness plans, news, motivation, we don’t charge irritating extras.

We are trustworthy, and are approved by the Information Commissioner’s Office to process and protect sensitive personal data, worldwide, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
You only need to join us for 8 weeks, although we hope that you’ll want to stick around for longer, as we will still give support to members who have reached their ideal body weight.
We are offering you a way to lose weight naturally, and to get fitter in a healthy way, that is backed up by evidence.
Our mens diets and fitness plans are in line with the guidelines given by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) on weight management.
You can log on anytime that is convenient to you.
We provide a confidential, personal service: your own zone where you can monitor and manage your progress privately towards your ideal body weight.
You are in control: you assess where you are now, and decide what you want to achieve.
Our Fitness Plans start from your current Fitness level and gradually increase in intensity at a pace to suit you. You remain in control.
Our Fitness Plans are simple, easy to follow and do not require any special equipment.
You can save money, as you can cancel your Gym membership.
You can socialise with other members in the Club and exchange ideas and information with them, whilst remaining anonymous.
We give you the information, tools and support so that you can succeed in achieving your chosen goals.
We will reward you when you succeed. We will give you certificates to acknowledge your successes both for weight loss and for improved fitness.
We provide a confidential, personal service: your own zone where you can monitor and manage your progress privately.
